2017 GMC Canyon Release Date and Trim Levels
The 2017 GMC Canyon will be arriving in new GMC inventory across North America sometime in the fourth quarter of 2017 (though no details yet on the Canadian release date for us here in Portage La Prairie).
We are assuming that the SL, base Canyon, SLE and SLT trim levels from the 2016 GMC Canyon will return for the new model year, but we also know of two very exciting models that will be premiering for 2017.
2017 GMC Canyon Denali
We’ve already done a blog about the great features on the 2017 GMC Canyon Denali. Some of the great advantages coming on this luxurious truck include automatic climate control, heated and cooled front seats, advanced safety options, and either the 3.6-litre V6 gas engine or the 2.8-litre Duramax diesel.
Off-Road Canyon All Terrain
Like the 2017 GMC Sierra All Terrain, the 2017 GMC Canyon All Terrain promises to offer top-of-the-line off-roading confidence with standard GMC comfort and handling. This model features an off-road optimized suspension, a transfer case shield, a body-coloured grille surround, and one-of-a-kind 17-inch wheels.
New Features on the 2017 GMC Canyon
Some new and exciting features on the 2017 GMC Canyon include Dark Slate Metallic, Mineral Metallic, and Red Quartz Metallic exterior colors, an available heated steering wheel, and a new IntelliLink infotainment system with a seven-inch touchscreen and standard Teen Driver functionality.
