2018 Chevy Traverse exterior styling
Chevy will add two new trim levels to the 2018 Traverse: a sporty RS trim and a high-end High Country trim. All trims will feature chrome accents, LED lighting, seating for up to eight and a longer wheelbase than past model years.

2018 Chevy Traverse engine options
The 2018 Chevy Traverse is expected to have two engine options: a new 3.6-liter V6 engine that will offer 10 percent more horsepower than the current model and a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. Both engines will come equipped with Start/Stop technology, and all trim levels will come standard with Traction Mode Select, regardless of which engine the trim is equipped with.
2018 Chevy Traverse safety features
Chevy is dedicated to keeping its drivers and passengers as safe as possible, so it will implement some new safety features to the 2018 Traverse including: Surround Vision, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Automatic Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking and Forward Collision Alert. The 2018 Traverse will also come standard with Teen Driver, which allows parents to preset controls and later review performance. This advanced technology is designed to help build safe driving habits for young drivers.
