There’s no denying it: spring is finally upon us! With the weather getting warmer and warmer, we’ve started looking for excuses to get out of the house and do some exploring with the whole family! One of our favorite things to do with the fam in the springtime is to head out to local Easter egg hunts and find candy and prize-filled eggs. This year, we want to add in some educational family fun to our Easter egg hunt, so we’ve rounded up some unique Easter activities near Winnipeg, MB!
Easter Weekend and GPS Egg Hunt
When: April 14-16, 2017

Oak Hammock Marsh is hosting its annual Easter weekend beginning Friday, April 14 and concluding Sunday, April 16. Activities will include crafts, Bunny Bingo and a GPS egg hunt. The annual traditional egg hunts will begin Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m, and children of all ages are invited to participate. A special Easter lunch will also be served for attendees on Sunday. Egg-so-Lindt Easter Hangar Hunt

Venue: Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada

The Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada will be hosting an Easter egg hunt that’s fun for all ages this year. Thousands of Lindt chocolate eggs will be hidden throughout the museum, and one lucky duck will find a special “bunny” hidden in the museum.
