Chevrolet has been busy generating innovative technology for Canadian Chevy owners, and the automaker recently made an exciting announcement: the myChevrolet app is now compatible with Apple Watch. The announcement is exciting for a variety of reasons, and allowing drivers to interact with their vehicle right from their wrist is not only innovative, but it’s practical as well. Using the myChevrolet app on Apple Watch
Chevy estimates that 1.4 million drivers have downloaded and regularly use the myChevrolet app, and the app has been used roughly 8.5 million times since the start of 2017. Chevrolet drivers who haven’t yet downloaded the myChevrolet app yet will definitely want to do so now that the app is compatible with Apple Watch. Chevy owners will be able to remote stop and start their vehicle, lock and unlock doors, activate and cancel the horn, and turn the lights on or off all from their Apple Watch.

What can you do with the myChevrolet app?
Wondering what else you can do with the myChevrolet app? The app allows Chevy owners to seamlessly interact with their vehicle, giving drivers the ability to check vehicle diagnostics and send navigation requests in addition to the features previously mentioned. The app also gives owners easy access to parking reminders, owner’s manual content, roadside assistance, key fob commands, and Wi-Fi hotspot management.
