Like visual information, technical details on the 2017 Buick LaCrosse are fairly light on the ground, but we do know that a premium quiet, comfortable, and premium Buick driving experience are going to be focuses on the new LaCrosse. Cutting-edge refined technology like a new five-link rear suspension (a feature hard to find even on other full-size luxury models) and an all-new stronger but lighter chassis are at the forefront of those changes.

2017 Buick LaCrosse new grille
For now, the elegant new dark waterfall grille (pictured at the top of this blog) is the only feature that we’re certain about. Featuring a new multi-coloured, three-shield Buick insignia fixed on a sweeping element that spans the entire width of the grille, this new design prefigures new styling changes coming on future Buick vehicles. This grille style was inspired by the 1954 Wildcat II concept, and first revealed on the 2015 Avenir concept. It will be universally adapted by all Buick models by 2018.

2015 Buick Avenir Concept vehicle
Is it possible that the 2017 Buick LaCrosse will take other design clues from the stylish and sinuous 2015 Buick Avenir concept vehicle? No one here at Craig Dunn can say for sure until the end of November and the big reveal, but given the elegant look and premium materials that were featured in that concept (pictured below), we’d be really excited for the future of the LaCrosse if that was the case.
