2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain X Release Date
The 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain X will go on sale spring of 2016. Like the Sierra Elevation Edition and the elite Sierra Denali trim before it, this new option on the GMC Sierra 1500 will give truck customers even more options, whether the priority is on off-roading prowess, or making a visual statement on the road.

GMC Sierra All Terrain X Highlights
Offered on crew cab 2016 Sierra 1500 models with four-wheel drive and the SLT trim level, the All Terrain X package will include standard All Terrain Features like the Z71 Off-Road suspension package (which includes specialty monotube shocks, a high-capacity air cleaner, hill descent control, and an underbody shield for the transfer case), rear parking assistance, a spray-in bedliner, and an inclinometre in the driver information center. Exterior accents that are also featured on the All Terrain include a distinctive grille with body-colored surround and bumpers.
Some of the features that will be unique to the All Terrain X include:
- Performance exhaust stystem which offers increased horsepower and adds a premium engine roar
- Black aluminum wheels and mud-terrain-rated tires
- Body-color door handles and body-side moldings with black exterior mirrors, belt moldings and B-pillars
- Black bed-mounted sport bar
- High-performance LED headlights
- Interior floor liners
The 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain X will be available in Onyx Black, Summit White, Stone Blue Metallic, Iridium Metallic, Crimson Red Tintcoat, and Light Steel Gray Metallic exterior colors.
